If they do, the law says they must be able to cancel online in one step, so you need the cancel page.

Do you offer free trials, introductory prices or annual plans?

Each one gives the customer 14 days to change their mind, and a cancellation in those 14 days needs a refund worked out.

Before you choose

What counts as a subscriber?
Someone with a subscription the new law covers that is still running at the end of the month. Trials count. Customers who joined before 2027, who the law does not cover yet, do not count.
What happens if I go over my plan limit?
Nothing stops. Extra subscribers are billed per 1,000 at the rate shown on each plan, the month after. If that happens two months running we tell you if the next plan up would cost less.
Can I cancel?
Yes, online, in one step, from your account. Monthly plans end at the end of the paid month. Annual plans run to the end of the year you paid for. You get the same reminder emails we send for our customers, because we run on our own product.
Is there a free trial?
Every paid plan starts with a 14 day free trial. We email you a reminder before the first payment, with the amount, the date and how to cancel, and you have 14 days to cancel for a full refund after the trial ends.
Do prices include VAT?
No. Prices are shown plus VAT at 20%. Your invoice shows the VAT line separately.
Do you offer annual billing?
Yes, at 20% off. Annual plans run for 12 months, so you get a reminder before each renewal and 14 days to change your mind when it renews, as the law requires.
What if I have more than 25,000 subscribers or more than one company?
Talk to us. Plans above 25,000 subscribers start at £999 a month plus VAT, priced by volume, with a data processing agreement for each company.
Which billing systems do you connect to?
Stripe today. GoCardless, Chargebee, Recurly, Recharge, WooCommerce Subscriptions and Memberstack are next.
